REFUND POLICY

At Avion Property Services, we pride ourselves on aviation-grade precision. Our goal is to provide a service that is clean, controlled, and confidently better than the rest.
1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to re-service the area at no additional cost to you. If we are still unable to meet the standards outlined in your Service Agreement, a full or partial refund may be issued.
2. Service-Specific Terms
Because our services (such as trash bin cleaning or pressure washing) involve different labor and equipment costs, specific refund eligibility, cancellation windows, and "trip fee" policies are detailed in your individual Service Agreement. Please refer to that document for the specific terms governing your purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund or Re-Service
To report an issue or request a refund, please contact us via email at info@avionpropertyservices.com. Please include:

Your name and service address.

The date of service.

A brief description (and photos, if possible) of why the service did not meet your expectations.
4. Processing
Refunds, once approved, will be processed back to the original payment method (via Stripe) within 5-10 business days.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are typically not granted for issues outside of our control, such as:

Inability to access bins/property (as outlined in your Service Agreement).

Pre-existing damage to property or bins.

Weather-related delays (which will be rescheduled rather than refunded).
