We recognized the need for Avion Property Services 14 years ago on the front lines of the pest control and solar industries. From a 15-year-old recruit to a veteran of sales, marketing, and operations, our founder has seen the "mediocrity trap" from every angle. As a homeowner and business owner, he grew tired of the excuses—unreliable schedules and stagnant quality—that have plagued the home service sector for decades. His passion for aviation provided the solution: the freedom of flight is only possible through absolute precision. He realized that property maintenance required that same disciplined "flight path." Avion was built to replace industry excuses with a high-performance, one-stop shop for homeowners and property managers. While perfection is a constant journey, our course is set: delivering reliable, pain-free maintenance through an elevated standard of excellence.

WHITE GLOVE SERVICE: Bins are always returned to their storage location, before and after testing sent directly to your phone.
SUSTAINABILITY: We use exclusively organinc, non toxic cleaning solutions that are eco friendly and extremely effective.
PROPRIETARY SCENTS: We want the best way for you to know that we are doing our job to be with your nose! Our proprietary scents are just a small cherry on top of our premium offering.
TOUCH UP CLEANING: We stand by the quality of our work. If for some reason you need more than the monthly treatments, we offer a touch up cleaning service that is included in our monthly fee.

Born from the grit of the U.S. Air Force Academy and refined in the high-stakes world of F-22 stealth fighters, the Captain learned early that at 40,000 feet, details aren't just "preferences"—they are survival. Later, after years of navigating high-net-worth individuals through the global skies, he noticed a glaring discrepancy: the world’s most successful people demanded excellence in the air, yet tolerated chaos in their own backyards.
The mission was clear. Captain Avion traded the mach-speed maneuvers of the skies for a new kind of tactical engagement. He realized that if he could bring aviation-grade standards to the quietly hated chores of homeownership and property maintenance, he could redefine the service industry's flight ceiling. With Captain Avion in the cockpit, Avion Property Services has become more than just a business; it’s the Captain’s pursuit of a cleaner, more controlled landscape. His message is simple: whether you’re in a cockpit or a cul-de-sac, standards belong exactly one place: above.

Currently based out of Salem, UT, Avion Property Services has a long and proud history in Utah County. With one of our founders being born and raised in Saratoga Springs, our founding team having been married in American Fork and spending time living in Orem, Provo, and Springville, at one time or another, Utah County is our home. We are blessed to be able to help care for our home.
